Who are we?
We are Mecklenburg Radiology Associates and our doctors interpreted your X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, PET Scan or any other radiology procedure that you had performed. Those results are in the report sent directly to your doctor.
What is a deductible?
It is the payment required by the patient before your insurance starts making payments.
I have insurance, why am I getting a bill?
You may have a co-pay, co-insurance or deductible that you may not have fulfilled. If you disagree with how this was determined, please contact your insurance company.
I have already paid the facility. Why am I getting a bill from you?
What you may have paid at the facility is for the facility portion only, (i.e. this is for the equipment to produce the image and for the technologist to operate the equipment). This is the larger portion of the bill. Our bill is the charge for the doctors to both supervise the exam and determine the results of your exam.
Do we charge extra for paying your bill online?
There is no extra charge for paying your bill online.
